Predatory pricing. Incomplete work. The job turned out to take less than 2 hours total, but I was charged $6500. Not all of the work outlined on the bid and invoice was completed, and the company refused to make it right. The work was performed quickly but not fairly, nor completely. Buyers beware. Get a competitive bid and do not trust Augustin Ramirez.

I really don't have much to compare them to ( in a way that is good means I don't have many plumbing problems).I felt that Isaiah & Will were very professional and did a great job on my sewer problems. I would recommend this company for all plumbing work and they are very clean.

Pedro came out to unclog our drain and was very professional and kind. He was unable to clear the line due to a compromised pipe. He called out his manager and he went over what needed to be done to fix said pipe. Gave a very fair estimate and will be calling back to come fix.I called the main number to get the estimate and have them come back to fix the issue, I called 3 days. They took the message and said someone would call me back. They never did call me back or email me. The manger estimated the new pipe to be $3,800. I called another company to assist with the compromised pipe. The other company came out and had my drain unclogged within 5 minutes so no pipe was compromised. I guess it was a good thing I used another company cause it saved me $3,800 and my basement being torn up.

My landlord called elite rooter to come and fix my kitchen sink stoppage. Dustin came out to my house took his time out to explain everything he put drop cloths down put booties on was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He called his DM to make sure that everything was flowing properly. This is an amazing company and would recommend it to anyone who is in need of any type of draining issues or plumbing issues.

I was having some drain issues with a toilet and I called and it was easy to schedule fast turnaround time frame for them to get out and look at the issue. It actually ended up being a problem that was the toilet itself and they didn't charge for coming out when they could have. Overall I had a great experience. Quentin did a great job and was a great communicator.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a plumber from Elite Rooter named Pedro for a drain cleaning job, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, Pedro, exhibited, exceptional, professionalism, and skill.Firstly, communication was excellent. Pedro called ahead to inform me of his estimated arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. True to his word, he arrived promptly as scheduled. During the service, Pedro worked swiftly and efficiently, completing the drain cleaning in no time at all. What’s more, he left absolutely no mess behind, which was a relief.Pedro’s courteous, demeanor and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. He was polite, respectful, and attentive to my concerns.Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with Pedro’s work. Used Elite Rooter to repair a collapsed pipe that required concrete to be demo'd out then replaced. When they set everything back, we were hearing a wind current, and smell that hadn't been there previously. I thought we were hearing the sewage. They pulled the toilet back up and after calling a more senior person out, they attributed it to the Radon fan system under the house. That was what was happening, and it made sense that the smell was similar to a crawl space. Elite, however, said we needed to call the radon system's company to correct the issue. I implored how it could be their fault, and told them that it seemed like the repair work was not sealed off completely, and got shrugs and disinterest. We decided to pull the toilet out and look ourselves. We removed the flange, which was not bolted down at all, and found a huge gaping area in the concrete. See photos. They also seemed to overcharge me by over $250 for financing, and when I asked, the guy told me it was the amount I was approved for not the amount I'd be charged. This was completely false, and I wasn't sure how to fight it at the time. The plumbers are untrustworthy and full of false information. I'd not recommend Elite for any work.
