How do you use the membership?

2: Access your personal portal to view invoices, photos of previous jobs or track reward points.

With our referral program, you get points when a friend or family member is referred to use so they get the Elite Customer Experience for their plumbing needs too. Just provide them with your membership number when booking the call and the points will be placed into your account as soon the job is completed!!

Can landlords use this service?
Absolutely! If you’re a landlord, we’ve got you covered. We can swap the boiler service for a landlord’s gas safety inspection, or if you need both, we can add the inspection to your plan for a small monthly surcharge. It’s a flexible way to keep your property in top shape without the hassle.
Do I have to pay an excess when I book repairs?
Nope, not a penny! Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t charge any excess when you book an inclusive call-out. If you’re on our Plumbing or Heating Cover plans, call-outs are completely free – no surprise fees, just peace of mind.
How long is a membership?
Each membership lasts for 12 months. We’ll get in touch a month before it’s due for renewal to let you know it’ll auto-renew for another year. If you don’t want to renew, just let us know, and we’ll cancel it for you – no cancellation fees, no fuss.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! If you decide later that you’d like to upgrade your plan to include unlimited call-outs, we can adjust your plan for you.
