We keep membership simple and affordable, with three plans to match different needs. Plans start at $14.99 per month or $149.99 per year. Elite Rooter valued the included repair and inspection benefits at $1,200. Choose from the Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, and Diamond Elite programs.

How do you use the membership?

1: Scan the Qr code in the back of your membership card or call the VIP Hotline.
2: Access your personal portal to view invoices, photos of previous jobs or track reward points.
3: Coming soon: a dedicated app for our members to provide an even more Elite Experience.

Elite Membership Rewards: Earn Points and Choose Rewards

Earn points when plumbing work is completed, at the rate set by your membership level. Track the balance in the membership portal and redeem points for rewards such as a new TV,
gift cards, toys, and more.

Members also earn referral points when a friend or family member books and completes a job. Have the referred customer provide your membership number when booking so the points can be added after the job is complete.

How long is a membership?

Each membership lasts for 12 months. We'll contact you one month before renewal to explain the upcoming auto-renewal. If you do not want to renew, tell us before the renewal date and we'll cancel it with no cancellation fee or fuss.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can switch plans later. The membership team will confirm the available upgrade, included benefits, and any call-out terms in writing.
