Terrible experience needed a shower valve replaced and they quoted me 1600 without even really checking anything they send a couple of kids that looked lost honestly I was able to find a different plumber that charged me 300 bucks to replacing. What they do here is completely wrong please get a second opinion before calling here
Honestly disappointed I read all these great reviews and I’ve been lied to. They came out check out a valve that had broken in my shower. They wanted to cut a hole in wall to replace the valve. A quick YouTube search and found out what really needed to be done was as simple as replacing the valve called a different plumber and end up charging me 1/3 of the cost they quoted me. Always get second opinions! I thought it was extremely weird all that needed to be done for something that seems to be a common issue
Main line leak. Theycame out the same day I called. I had copper and PVC pipe connected together. At the joint is where it was leaping. They were able to get it fixed On day two. There were connection issues Due to the different pipes . Irving and Jesus were courteous and kind. They keep us informed of their process. They put everything back in the yard. The way it was when they got there. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you Elite Rooter for the quick response to our kitchen water pipe break causing flooding. Henry and his team arrived with in 2 hours of my call. He was thorough in carrying out his assessment of the problem and in educating me of how to proceed in fixing the problem. The next day Daniel and Jesus arrived to remove tile and cement to reach the broken pipe. They each did a very good job. All the other services arrived as Henry had set up. He also helped me to file the insurance claim. We are not finished yet but I am confident we made good choice in selecting Elite Rooter to manage our emergency. TV
I scheduled a free estimate with this company. The company tech came and we agreed on an amount. He asked me to Zelle a deposit. So I did Zelle the amount. He said he will come in the afternoon to do the job. He did not come but text me that he will come the next morning. He never showed up. He did not returned my calls or texts.Then I called the company and explained what happens. The manager called me BACK and said we fired the tech but will not be paying back your deposit. She was extremely rude and never acknowledged that the tech and the company were responsible.Please be careful dealing with this company. Avoid this company at all cost. It seems the tech has been doing this scam with other customers.I plan to contact BBB and go to court and complain and get my deposit back.One of the worst company to deal with.

My technician Erik Barrios is very pleasant patient, communicates about steps he’s taken to repair and why. Worked diligently to make repairs asap but most of all efficiently. As if he were working on his on home. When I would ask questions he’d answer professionally and detailed that I may completely understand. Even when I repeated the question he’d answer it again. I felt very comfortable with him in my home as I live alone. If he did all other work for home repair he would be the first person I would call. ZERO STARS!!! Do not call Elite Rooter, ESPECIALLY if insurance is involved.My parents called Elite Rooter on July 18th to come and find and fix a leak. They came and it took less than an hour to find and fix the leak. They charged my dad just over $1600! Before they found the leak they called a restoration company to come and take a look at our cupboards and carpet, which were wet. The plumber told my dad that insurance would cover the cost to replace the cupboards. That is the only reason my dad agreed. Demolition came a week later, after 72 hours of industrial fans running to dry out our cupboards and carpet.Elite Rooter did fix the leak but they have not finished the paperwork at least not correctly. When they finally sent the plumbers report (7 weeks later!!) the report was inaccurate and vague. Our address was wrong even after we told them the correct address multiple times during that 7 week period. The plumbers report was missing key information that the insurance needed to make a decision. It took my brother calling every 2 hours to get a response and a new plumbers report which is still inaccurate and still missing the information needed. We have been in contact with our insurance the entire time and they say that Elite Rooter has not responded to a single phone call or email that they have sent. Our insurance provider said, "I have never had these types of issues with a vendor before." So here we are at the end of October, 3.5 months later, still without a kitchen and still waiting for Elite Rooter to respond to our insurance. This is absolutely ridiculous! If we don't get the answers we need, we will be seeking legal action.
