April 2023 My parents sewer line was backing up with water in their cellar. My mom called Elite Rooter scheduled an apt. to evaluate the sewer line. The technician's came out used their camera to detect the water backup in the sewer line. The team leader technician thoroughly went over why it was backing up and he showed us the video of the sewer line and the cost to repair it. He offered to apply for the Synchrony credit card to cover the cost of the repair. My parents applied for approved and paid it off within the 6 months before they charge the interest on it.A few months ago my mom gets a call from an Elite Rooter rep. said the bill wasn't paid that they need to pay it. I called Synchrony talked to the customer service rep. he said it's paid in full and he sent the invoice to her email.The last month I've called Elite I get there schedule team and they said they would forward our messages to the operations team to go over the bill, to send the video and receive a receipt stating it has a 10 yr. warranty on the sewer line. No one from the operation team has called within the last month to go over our concerns.We appreciate the technician's doing an AWESOME job on the sewer line but the operation team gets a BIG ZERO!!! A rep. can call to ask to pay the bill but you can't be courteous or be professional not calling us back. Lousy customer service from the OPERATION TEAM!!!!If our sewer line has other issues will use the 10 yr. warranty but after that we'll call another Rooter repair service that can give great customer service!!!!

They came out on time but had to keep calling the boss for a price etc. Ended up saying to replace the toilet thats clogged w a baby toy. Had scheduled service but then they couldn't come at said time. The work was never done. But I was charged as I set my information up at the service call. Now they have no time frame for my refund. Why did they even charge with no work being done. Now I'm still without a functional toilet and out my money. Merry Christmas huh.

What a scam they are. There were going to charge me 3800.00 to clean out my toilet line which they said had to be cut and cleaned out. I had it cleaned out for 200.00 by another company. What a rip off they are.

I would not recommend this company!!! They are not dependable and can do nothing without calling their boss. Then they leave their message with the boss and he doesn't call them back for an hour or two - no exaggeration. They leave you with a big hole in the yard and want to charge even more money to continue. At that point your left with no choice: pay more or leave a huge hole in yard with no sewage. Extremely bad experience that lasted a week.

Amazing staff and so helpful. When others said they could not do the job these guys got it down in a day.
They tried to snake the clog in my drain and then over quoted me to remove and replace piping in my plumbing system. They also did not hook the toilet back up that they removed to snake the drain. I paid $324 for them to tell me they could fix my issue for $6,000 and they didn’t even properly reinstall my toilet.

Prices to high. You unclogged a toilet and put in a new wax ring for over $300. I had Mr Rooter out a few months ago to pull a toilet and unclog the main line that was blocking all of the toilets in my establishment, put the toilet back in place and then sent out a person to send a camera down the line to check it the next day for the same money. This was a very simple 30 min job. I selected you because the other company was booked today, my mistake. However the work perform was good.
I am extremely impressed with Elite Rooter! Chris, the service tech, was very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and tackled the problem right away! We had two paths to go the first path he chose he didn’t charge me for. I don’t know about you, but that’s a pretty good deal. Highly highly recommend this company.

Came during scheduled time frame and called about 20 minutes out to let me know on the way.
