Prices to high. You unclogged a toilet and put in a new wax ring for over $300. I had Mr Rooter out a few months ago to pull a toilet and unclog the main line that was blocking all of the toilets in my establishment, put the toilet back in place and then sent out a person to send a camera down the line to check it the next day for the same money. This was a very simple 30 min job. I selected you because the other company was booked today, my mistake. However the work perform was good.

The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and accommodating! Cleaned out my floor drain and then camera my line to make sure it looked good out to the sewer main!
I called elite when my sewer main started backing up. They came out quickly, ran an auger to allow the blockage to pass and then did a video inspection which revealed masses of roots, all at a very reasonable price. I scheduled them to come out the next day to clean out the roots. They made another video afterwards and it was like night and day

Elite Rooter provided amazing service. Had a drain clogged late at night. Was able to schedule service online for next morning. Came during scheduled time frame and called about 20 minutes out to let me know on the way. Diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to get running again with a recommendation for further work down the line. Christian was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again!

Isaiah and Christian were committed to finding the source of the slow drain issue in my 1952 home. They augured the line until it ran clean, and scoped it to guarantee the pipe was clear. They even made sure my basement drain was uncapped, and running clean!
Isaiah and his partner were here within a couple of hours and were friendly, communicative, and eager to get to work. Isaiah diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed even more quickly. I had a clogged drain and contacted a plumber to add a cleanout and diagnose the issue since this wasn't the first time it happened. He did the work as expected and said I needed to have someone else clear the line since he didn't offer that service.I called Elite and told them I had a clogged drain and wanted them to clean the line. The guy showed up later in the day, looked at it for a couple minutes and then told me the drain needed to be replaced because the positioning was wrong and the pipes weren't sloped enough. I told him that a master plumber just did that work earlier that morning and that I only wanted Elite to unclog the drain. He went away for a few minutes "to talk to his boss," then had to go get some part for his rooter tool. After a good 30-45 minutes, he returned and began working on the clog (located just downstream of the new cleanout. After 10-15 minutes, the clog was removed. He worked a little longer to clean it further. A little while later, his boss showed up and they did a sewer scope of my line out to the property line which was much appreciated.In summary, I did not appreciate the upsell that he was trying to do at the beginning of the job. On the positive side, I thought the guy did a good job cleaning the line and I liked that they did a sewer scope at the very end.
Elite Rooter was great to work with! They were able to come out on a Saturday and cleaned all the tree roots out of the sewer line. Christian was very polite and professional. It’s wonderful to find an honest hardworking plumbing company who takes pride in their work.
The two times I’ve called elite out they’ve been completely professional and kind and helpful and informative, and they’re extremely reasonably priced; they don’t charge for coming out. They only charge for the job. Love Elite!
I called because sewage was backed up and I couldn’t figure out why. They came out and removed a toy my child had flushed down the toilet. Then they told me that there was another obstruction in the S trap that they couldn’t remove without removing the toilet, a $500 charge. They said toilets typically break when removed so I should consider purchasing a new toilet, $800+ charge.I removed the toilet myself, ran a 3ft auger through the toilet from both top and bottom multiple times. Auger ran through smoothly each time. No obstructions were found. I reassembled the toilet, no problem. Works perfect.I’m confident Mike walked in, took a look around and thought “hmmm this stupid house wife has some money to spend, I’m going to sell her a new toilet.” First red flag should have been a plumber who said he couldn’t disassemble a toilet without breaking it. Second red flag, they never showed me the obstruction even though they had their scope out.Caveat Emptor. We still live in a world full of sneaky scammers and Elite Rooter is one of them.

The worst and theft they charge me @$2100 to get out some piece of rugs from the line ,and the guy just talk all his securely words , and he lie for me i am going to bearing a machine that operates by two people ,that was lie , a lot of things they did but what can i said ,and he was projected other thing two do for other$ 15000 thanks plz was my last word .they are a scam.

I called Elite Rooter service Tuesday afternoon and they had a technician at our home first thing Wednesday am. He cleared the floor drain as well as a shower drain. He was very efficient and the cost was reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend using Elite Rooter service.

I had a fantastic experience with Elite Rooter! Christian arrived right on time and was very personable. He loved on my dog, which is always a plus for me.
