Do not go with this company highway robbery. This is a company that is out for your money And they do not know what they are doing I had a sink that was clogged. They came to look at it for three hours and quoted me. 5800 to fix it. called another plumber he showed up snaked the pipe unclogged it immediately was gone within 20 minutes
I had a terrible experience with Elite Rooter. They came to fix a clog in our main drain but ended up making the problem worse. They removed our toilet to access the main sewer line and when they claimed the job was complete, they hadn't even bolted the toilet back on. About an hour after they left, my basement drain backed up again and water was shooting out of the unmounted toilet. I called them back to come out and they said they didnt offer after hours service and I would have to wait until the next day. I told them don't bother and I called Roto-Rooter, They came out within and hour and had everything fixed within 2 hours. they were appalled at the mess and incomplete job Elite Rooter left. Elite Rooter finally promised a refund since they didn’t complete the job successfully, but it's been a month and no one will get back to me. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of follow-through. Avoid this company at all costs.
Elite was very responsive. Came out next day. Hit the appt window precisely. Quention was very professional and competent. Systematically went through potential problems and remedied our blocked drain. Did major clean up and left me a happy and satisfied customer.
Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Came to my house to snake a drain, I had a 2in clean out pipe so was told they had to pull the toilet out to get a 4in pipe. So pulled the toilet up stairs and runs the snake, brings it back in because he could not go past a certain point, pulled it out and the blade was bent on the end. Service tech says he has never seen that. A manager comes with a camera and runs that bringing it back in asking if I have another bathroom up there. We go look and the toilet in the other bathroom was destroyed from him, I was told he hit a T in the pipe and it went in that bathroom.Since fixing the toilet and running the snake through the line I've had water leaking from the wall where the drain goes down in the garage. I have made a appointment 3 times from 10 to 12 leaving work waiting for no one to show up all three times. Trying to talk to a manager still to get this fixed and taking care of as my wall is getting worse with water in it.

First impression was their booking online was easy and they even had a deal for drain fixing. I was called 2 times to change the time. I booked for 10am, called to change to 3-5, then called again to change to 2. They didn't even show until 3 so kind of pointless and we had to get off work. Once Chris showed up everything was great. He was professional and nice...finished in about 15 minutes and everything works great now. I'd use them again but please work on your scheduling as its a bit inconvenient for your customers to keep changing the time they need to be available.

Predatory pricing. Incomplete work. The job turned out to take less than 2 hours total, but I was charged $6500. Not all of the work outlined on the bid and invoice was completed, and the company refused to make it right. The work was performed quickly but not fairly, nor completely. Buyers beware. Get a competitive bid and do not trust Augustin Ramirez.
I really don't have much to compare them to ( in a way that is good means I don't have many plumbing problems).I felt that Isaiah & Will were very professional and did a great job on my sewer problems. I would recommend this company for all plumbing work and they are very clean.

Pedro came out to unclog our drain and was very professional and kind. He was unable to clear the line due to a compromised pipe. He called out his manager and he went over what needed to be done to fix said pipe. Gave a very fair estimate and will be calling back to come fix.I called the main number to get the estimate and have them come back to fix the issue, I called 3 days. They took the message and said someone would call me back. They never did call me back or email me. The manger estimated the new pipe to be $3,800. I called another company to assist with the compromised pipe. The other company came out and had my drain unclogged within 5 minutes so no pipe was compromised. I guess it was a good thing I used another company cause it saved me $3,800 and my basement being torn up.
My landlord called elite rooter to come and fix my kitchen sink stoppage. Dustin came out to my house took his time out to explain everything he put drop cloths down put booties on was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. He called his DM to make sure that everything was flowing properly. This is an amazing company and would recommend it to anyone who is in need of any type of draining issues or plumbing issues.
I was having some drain issues with a toilet and I called and it was easy to schedule fast turnaround time frame for them to get out and look at the issue. It actually ended up being a problem that was the toilet itself and they didn't charge for coming out when they could have. Overall I had a great experience. Used Elite Rooter to repair a collapsed pipe that required concrete to be demo'd out then replaced. When they set everything back, we were hearing a wind current, and smell that hadn't been there previously. I thought we were hearing the sewage. They pulled the toilet back up and after calling a more senior person out, they attributed it to the Radon fan system under the house. That was what was happening, and it made sense that the smell was similar to a crawl space. Elite, however, said we needed to call the radon system's company to correct the issue. I implored how it could be their fault, and told them that it seemed like the repair work was not sealed off completely, and got shrugs and disinterest. We decided to pull the toilet out and look ourselves. We removed the flange, which was not bolted down at all, and found a huge gaping area in the concrete. See photos. They also seemed to overcharge me by over $250 for financing, and when I asked, the guy told me it was the amount I was approved for not the amount I'd be charged. This was completely false, and I wasn't sure how to fight it at the time. The plumbers are untrustworthy and full of false information. I'd not recommend Elite for any work.
