I wrote a review yesterday that was completely undeserved. My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11am. No one showed u and I called to complain. Apparently there was an issue with my phone an i wasn’t receiving the calls from this company. Brian Hall ( the plumber) came and was able to fix my shower and he was so pleasant and professional. He took a look at the problem and knew right away what the issue was. Because of Brian and his excellent work, I will never use any other plumbing company! Brian is a real asset to his employer!!

Failed to show for the first appointment. Was called and said running late and asked when they could arrive. I was told they would call me back to let me know. One and a half hours later still no call back. After calling them 3 times to get an updated ETA each time with no call back they said they couldn’t make it that day. Scheduled for first appoint the next day. Failed to show up in the 2 hour slotted window. Called 3 times over and and a half and no one could be bothered to call me back. When plumber finally arrived he couldn’t do the job requested. He couldn’t speak enough English to even tell why he couldn’t do it. I would rate them negative if I could. I now have to call another plumber to try and do the job they couldn’t do, a simple sewer line scope. Asked to be called by a manager on day one. Still waiting for a manager to call me over 24 hours later.

If you want honesty, call Elite Rooter. They were prompt, professional, and had very good pricing. They sent Keith and Brian was very honest since the problem did not involve the drains. The problem was the parts of the dishwasher so he didn't charge me outrageous fees. I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue!

My mistake was not reading the reviews before calling this company. Came out to clear the clogged drain for $44 special. Came without a snake and even attempting to snake the drain, started to sell me $1500 service instead of a simple clean out that was needed. After that said they will come back tomorrow with a bigger snake and will take care of it. Needless to say, never showed up, but I have expected that. Truly not a big loss - problem was taken care of by a different company. Will never use this company from now on and highly recommend that noone else will too.

Have to give a shout out to Stephen, Keith, Matt they help us so much, we are truly grateful. Also Hector who did the trench work and pipes, was super fast and did a clean job. Will definitely call them again.But do not work with Adams D and R we had a horrible experience with them.They work together.Elite Rooter was wonderful and they truly do care.
