AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. First they come all cavalier and say your insurance will cover this and we are going to fix it. And oh by the way you need to pay up front. DON’T FALL FOR THIS. My wife and I did and we regret the day we hired them. If Keith comes to your door shut it fast. He appears to be the foreman but his communication was horrible and he constantly made excuses. what his company does is take on too much work to make a buck and then your job will be put on hold for another job. So if you want to get robbed, (they stole my shovel) hire Elite. My suggestion is hire a Tucson company. These guys are not from Tucson and that was part of the problem. I had to give them a star to post this review but in honesty i would give them -10 stars. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire them. Our job was a complete drain pipe replacement which costs 15,000+. For the record unless you have a rider on your homeowners policy insurance will not cover this type of repair. AGAIN DON NOT USE THIS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL COMPANY. Now they will probably have a flowery response to this. Don’t fall for it. You will thank me later.
I had an emergency with my sink backing up and I called saturday at 8am they were here at 945. Fast service and Greg was amazing.
DeVo the plumber was on time, courteous and respectful. I liked him immediately. He looked at the job, the installation of my new kitchen faucette and under sink shut off angle stops. He gave me an estimate. During the installation he informed me of the procedures as they were done, and asked my permission if needed.He was efficient and professional.I will certainly use Elite Rooter in the future and request DeVo, the plumber.Sandra M, Tucson.

I wrote a review yesterday that was completely undeserved. My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11am. No one showed u and I called to complain. Apparently there was an issue with my phone an i wasn’t receiving the calls from this company. Brian Hall ( the plumber) came and was able to fix my shower and he was so pleasant and professional. He took a look at the problem and knew right away what the issue was. Because of Brian and his excellent work, I will never use any other plumbing company! Brian is a real asset to his employer!!

Failed to show for the first appointment. Was called and said running late and asked when they could arrive. I was told they would call me back to let me know. One and a half hours later still no call back. After calling them 3 times to get an updated ETA each time with no call back they said they couldn’t make it that day. Scheduled for first appoint the next day. Failed to show up in the 2 hour slotted window. Called 3 times over and and a half and no one could be bothered to call me back. When plumber finally arrived he couldn’t do the job requested. He couldn’t speak enough English to even tell why he couldn’t do it. I would rate them negative if I could. I now have to call another plumber to try and do the job they couldn’t do, a simple sewer line scope. Asked to be called by a manager on day one. Still waiting for a manager to call me over 24 hours later.

If you want honesty, call Elite Rooter. They were prompt, professional, and had very good pricing. They sent Keith and Brian was very honest since the problem did not involve the drains. The problem was the parts of the dishwasher so he didn't charge me outrageous fees. I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue!

My mistake was not reading the reviews before calling this company. Came out to clear the clogged drain for $44 special. Came without a snake and even attempting to snake the drain, started to sell me $1500 service instead of a simple clean out that was needed. After that said they will come back tomorrow with a bigger snake and will take care of it. Needless to say, never showed up, but I have expected that. Truly not a big loss - problem was taken care of by a different company. Will never use this company from now on and highly recommend that noone else will too.
